Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support a safe transition toward greater independence.
