Member Service Representatives will be calling our members to schedule them in a clinic or on our dental vans. We’re looking for someone who can make an impressive first impression and who can build ongoing rapport with each and every patient. Duties & Responsibilities:
-Persuading members to schedule appointment with supplied script
-Verifying insurance
-Scheduling transportation
-Setting up interpreters
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Full Time:
- 8 hour shifts 4 to 5 days per week.
- Core hours range from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Available shifts include 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Must be resilient and target oriented
- Previous Call Center experience
- Bilingual preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate a must
- High school diploma or GED required
Compensation
- The pay range for this opportunity is $18.00 - $20.00 an hour depending on experience.
