Production Support Assistant
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Start time varies based on production needs, but typically starting between 7:00AM and 8:00AM

Select Staffing is hiring a Production Support Assistant for a food manufacturing company. This role supports the Production Department with administrative tasks, reporting, scheduling, and recordkeeping to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to Production Supervisors and Managers.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Enter and track production and inventory data.
- Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
- Prepare daily production reports and update production metrics.
- Coordinate communication between Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and HR.
- Prepare reports and materials for meetings.
- Ensure production records comply with GMP, SQF, food safety, and company standards.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with data entry and recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of GMP, SQF, and food safety standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
