What You Will Work On
Oversee all Firearms inventory selection and order processing operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service. Lead initiatives that enhance workflow, improve cost effectiveness, and support ongoing operational improvements. Build an environment where your team can perform confidently and consistently in a fast-paced setting.
Collaborate closely with operational leaders to prepare staffing plans and meet daily, weekly, and monthly volume demands. Strengthen cross-functional relationships with DC Operations, Merchant teams, and Store Operations to keep information flowing and fulfillment on track. Maintain clear, accurate records and ensure all processes follow company policies, safety rules, and compliance expectations.
Who You Will Work With
You’ll work with supervisors, team members, and leaders across the distribution center to support high-volume Firearms operations. Frequent collaboration with internal partners and external groups ensures product movement stays accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.

7+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years of management experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF‑managed inventory
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across shifts and divisions
Effective communication skills, including active listening, verbal, and written communication
Analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate competing priorities
Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, WMS, AS/400, Lotus Notes, and Sterling Commerce
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Work Style and Physical Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours, including varied or extra shifts to support business and peak season demands
Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and reporting unsafe conditions
Ability to work in fast-paced, production-driven environment with performance expectations
Work in non-climate-controlled conditions, including moderate heat/cold, dust, moisture, noise, and changing air quality
Ability to stand, walk, and remain in positions for extended periods
Perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing, and working at heights
Ability to work in mezzanines up to 50 ft high
Frequently lift and carry up to 60 lbs; push/pull heavy items as needed
Use manual dexterity and perform repetitive hand/keyboard tasks
Demonstrate visual acuity (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment)
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed (e.g., safety shoes, glasses, vest, gloves, bump cap)
Follow all company procedures, policies, and professional standards, including seasonal updates
Successfully complete required background check and substance screening
For applicable roles: safely handle firearms and complete required training
For applicable roles: operate powered industrial trucks with required certification
