BJC HealthCare seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for our PACU to support clinical operations, staff, and patient care. In this role, you will coordinate post-anesthesia nursing care, assist with staffing and scheduling, mentor and coach nurses, and promote evidence-based practice and safety standards. You will collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and throughput.
