Full job description

Production Worker
We are looking to hire dedicated Production Workers for an established manufacturing company in Neenah, WI. You will help ensure that the machinery operates efficiently and produces high-quality products. You will be responsible operating and maintaining various packaging machines while adhering to stringent safety and quality standards. As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will also monitor production output and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will contribute to the timely delivery of our products to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety practices and machine operation, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Job Title: Assistant Machine Operator

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour

Shift: 1st and 3rd shifts are available
(Training on 1st shift)

  • Assist in setting up, calibrating, and operating manufacturing equipment and powered machinery.
  • Monitor machine operations and ensure production quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues as needed.
  • Document production data and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Must be ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations used in manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs., stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
