UVA Health Piedmont Family Medicine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a thriving, collaborative primary care practice in the heart of Virginia's beautiful Piedmont region. As part of UVA Health , you'll join an established team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while expanding access to primary care services throughout Fauquier County. Providers benefit from a supportive, team-based environment with opportunities to develop additional clinical skills and pursue professional growth.

Position Highlights

  • Established outpatient Family Medicine practice

  • Monday-Friday schedule | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Average patient volume of 19-25 patients per day

  • Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers

  • Approximately 15 providers within the practice, including 6 APPs

  • Onsite moderately complex laboratory and point-of-care testing

  • Minimal call responsibility (approximately every 12 weeks)

  • Opportunities to expand procedural and diagnostic skillsets

  • Strong administrative and clinical support

The base compensation range for this role is an hourly rate of 54.27 to 70.99 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
