Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time days position at a skilled nursing facility in Greenbrae, CA. The clinician will provide evaluations, plan of care development, and skilled treatment to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California state license to practice Physical Therapy prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads and document in electronic medical records.
- Willingness to work Days shift: , 5x8 schedule.
- Eligibility for and willingness to accept the client’s sign-on incentive and compensation structure.
