OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist at Intermountain Health, you will deliver evidence-based OT services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and safety in daily activities. You’ll complete comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications.
