What You Will Work On
This role focuses on executing visual merchandising strategies that support strong product presentation and store experience. Daily work includes creating planograms, coordinating fixture and graphic fulfillment, and reviewing store setups to ensure accuracy. These efforts help deliver a customer‑centric layout that reinforces sales and merchandising goals.
Collaboration with Merchants and Category Management Teams drives the development of planograms that align with broader space strategies. Analysis and post‑mortem reviews guide adjustments to assortment and space allocation decisions. The position also plays an active role in special projects, innovative fixture initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
Who You Will Work With
Partner closely with Merchants, Category Management Teams, Space Planning, Store Operations, and Real Estate to bring merchandising strategies to life.
