Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities

2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience (strong tenure preferred)

Genuine leadership presence — friendly, accountable, and team-focused

Proven track record of maintaining standards, driving performance, and building guest loyalty

Experience with banquets/events is a plus

Working knowledge of restaurant financials

Prior responsibility for ordering, scheduling, training, and daily operations

ServSafe Manager certification is a plus

$60-69K pay range based on experience
