Speech-Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy for adult inpatient rehabilitation patients. In this role, you’ll evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, PTs, and OTs to optimize functional outcomes. You’ll educate patients and families, document care in compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, compassion, and continuous professional growth.
