Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations Manager

As Manager-Surgery Center at Mercy South, you will lead all aspects of an ambulatory surgery center within a mission-driven, patient-centered organization. You will oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure safe, efficient surgical care and an excellent patient experience. Partnering with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing teams, you will optimize OR utilization, maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance, and champion quality, safety, and infection-prevention initiatives. You will manage budgets, support staff development, and model Mercy’s culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
