Adult Kidney Transplant (Inpatient) Advanced Practice Provider- Days

Memorial Transplant Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a dynamic APRN or Physician Assistant to join its team. Memorial Transplant Institute is a growing UNOS-approved program with the highest one-year survival outcomes in Florida and one of the fastest growing programs in the nation. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of exceptional providers to guide patients through every facet of transplant care. Responsibilities will include providing inpatient coverage for the kidney-pancreas program, including rounds for kidney transplant patients, ER consultations, management of kidney and pancreas transplant recipients, care for end-stage renal disease patients, and entering orders and consenting for fresh transplant candidates.

Schedule consists of 12-hour inpatient days, totaling 14 shifts per month, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits and a compensation package based on experience and training. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
