Licensed Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Vero Beach, FL. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain independence after stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, orthopedic surgery, and other complex conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
