Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient experience preferred; experience with general orthopedics, post‑op, BPPV, pulmonary (PH), gait and balance patients is preferred. Productivity experience or ability to meet productivity expectations (approximately 60 visits/week; typically 12–14 patients/day) is required. Must not be a new graduate. First-time travelers are acceptable. Ability and willingness to float to other clinics within the region when needed.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working in outpatient clinic settings. Familiarity with double‑booking follow‑up visits and managing a high patient volume. Prior experience with regional clinic networks or multi‑site coverage.
Assignment Details Shift: Days. Guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours. OT hours must be approved by the clinic director before being worked. Float to other clinics within the region is required.

Collaborate with clinic leadership to support patient throughput while maintaining clinical standards. Your role supports continuity of care across a regional clinic network.
