Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Minimum 2 years of outpatient ortho or general orthopedic physical therapy experience required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer guidelines. Demonstrated ability to provide patient education and mentor students or junior staff preferred. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 week assignment. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule, including two evening shifts per week to meet flexible 40-hour needs. Position Available: 1. Candidate may be expected to follow facility float policies within the same regional network when required.
