Touchstone Communities is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this Monday–Friday role, you will lead and support nursing staff, coordinate resident care plans, administer medications and treatments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
