After school care giver for 19 year old with special needs

Hello sitters! We are looking for a babysitter for our 19 year old daughter with special needs child starting August 24th. The position runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. She functions more like a 2-3 year old so needs are helping get off bus, in the house, washing hands, assisting with the tv, giving a snack and water, and changing her diaper. She is very sweet and loving. She has occasional seizures. The ideal candidate has experience with special needs and seizures.
