Employee Health Nurse

Community Medical Center is seeking an Employee Health Nurse to support the health, safety, and wellness of hospital staff. In this role, you will conduct pre-employment and annual health screenings, manage immunization and TB testing programs, and coordinate post-exposure follow-up. You will evaluate work-related injuries and illnesses, collaborate with Infection Prevention and HR on return-to-work and accommodation plans, and maintain confidential employee health records. The nurse will provide health education, support wellness initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, CDC), and contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
