This leadership role oversees a high-volume tire center, including employees, sales, customer service, workflow, inventory, and store performance.

The Store Manager will have the opportunity to lead and develop the team while taking ownership of day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a high-volume tire center
• Hire, coach, and motivate employees to achieve established performance goals
• Deliver professional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Drive tire and automotive service sales
• Manage employee scheduling, shop workflow, and productivity
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and parts management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and store profitability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume tire location
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven sales and operational management experience
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Used tire sales and inventory management experience preferred
• Automotive retail management experience preferred
