Previous auto sales experience is not required. However, if you have worked in sales in another industry, that is Plus! Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, cellular sales, insurance sales, bar-tending, or rental car associates, to name a few.

Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chat!
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle from our inventory suited to their needs. Great communication & listening skills are key!
- Consult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and success
- Accompany customers on test drives when needed
- Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage networking and repeat business
- Learn techniques of closing the sale - We Will Train!
- Complete all sales documentation for tag, title, financing, etc. efficiently and in a timely manner
Sales Consultant - Job Requirements:
- Outgoing and vivacious personality - and an A-1 People Person!
- A high degree of good customer service and people skills are required.
- Sales experience in other industries is a plus!
- We will train - no dealership experience required!
- Ambition and drive to succeed and a good track record!
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid driver's license, insurance, clean background, and driving record
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
