Why Work Here
High Road Automotive operates a seven-bay, seven-lift shop with an alignment rack and a vehicle mix that is approximately 80% Asian, with the remainder primarily domestic. The shop has deep roots servicing Honda and Asian vehicles and refers European work elsewhere.
The environment is intentionally collaborative: technicians help one another diagnose and repair vehicles, participate in DVIs, and meet at the end of the day to coordinate the next day's workload. The owner provides hands-on technical training and support, and the team also mentors local community-college and technical-school interns.
This position offers the opportunity to step into the shop's lead/top technician role while remaining hands-on with advanced diagnostics and repairs. Heat is available in five bays; the bays do not have air conditioning.
Apply today and complete your initial screening with Paige to explore the Automotive Technician opportunity with High Road Automotive.
Additional Requirements
Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job-related pre-employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client’s lawful requirements, and applicable law. Any screening will be conducted at the legally permitted stage and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law. Qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
