Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Active WV PT license or compact license accepted
Home health experience
OASIS experience
HCHB experience
Exercise programming experience
Rehab experience

Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No weekends or on call
Coverage area includes Pocahontas County
