Dermatology physician job in Maine : One of the fastest-growing community health center networks in New England, with 9 locations in Maine, has an opening for a Dermatologist. We are a nonprofit, community-based healthcare provider serving rural northern Maine, operating a network of health centers across Aroostook, Penobscot, and Piscataquis counties and delivering care to more than 20,000 residents, many of whom are in underserved or remote areas.
Monday-Friday work week
Patient-centered medical home
On-site pharmacy
Services include physical and occupational therapy, chiropractic, massage, optometry, dental, and acupuncture
Community/Location:
A small rural town in Penobscot County, Maine, with a population of just under 1,000 residents
This area offers a quiet, close-knit community atmosphere surrounded by natural beauty
Located about 70 miles north of Bangor and near the western entrance to Baxter State Park, it serves as a gateway to outdoor recreation, including hiking, fishing, and snowmobiling, and provides access to Mount Katahdin, the highest peak in the state.
While amenities are limited within town, basic services are available, and larger shopping, healthcare, and employment opportunities can be found in nearby communities or in Bangor.
