Full job description

The Nitro, WV Terminal 178 is currently hiring Regional company drivers. We are pleased to offer a new pay package and a sign-on bonus for new hires.
Compensation and Incentives:
  • Average weekly gross $2,000.00
  • Average Annual Gross Earnings: $104,000.00
  • Top Earner: Weekly $2,500 - $3,000
  • Top Earner: Annually $130,000
  • .70 CPM loaded and empty miles (Up to .74 CPM with prior tank experience)
  • .05 CPM Weekly Incentive on all miles over 2,000
  • $6,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Up to $2000 average Quarterly Safety & Performance bonuses with a potential to earn $8000 annually
  • $3,000 to refer a driver paid out in 60 days + receive 5% of their total monthly earnings!
  • Full Medical and Dental Benefits
Run Details
  • Regional runs frequently travel to the Northeast, Central, Southeast, and Southwest states
  • Reset weekly at home.
Equipment and Safety:
  • Road facing event recorder + Collision Avoidance
  • Truck Speeds – 68 mph on the pedal, 68 mph on cruise
  • Comprehensive industry renowned Hazmat Safety training
Skills and Abilities:
  • Valid CDL-A With Tankers and Hazmat Endorsements
  • Must-Have or Be Willing to Obtain TWIC Card
  • 1 Year Tractor Trailer Experience Within the Last 3 Years or 1 Year Tanker Experience in the Last 10 Years.
