Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Maryland OT license required to start the position.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in home health preferred. Candidate will serve St. Mary’s and Charles County, MD.
Open to new graduates. Customized training provided based on candidate experience level.
Maintain documentation of freedom from TB in a communicable form.
Maintain annual influenza vaccination documentation.
Meet mandatory competencies as defined by the agency Education Plan.
Maintain current CPR certification.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Maintain personal auto insurance of at least $100,000 bodily injury per person and $200,000 bodily injury per accident.

Compensation & Reimbursement Details
Tiered per-visit rates for OT services
Gas mileage reimbursed at $0.69 per mile. No company vehicle provided.
Full benefits offered.
