Lead Sonographer

WellStar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and team leadership within our patient-centered health system. The Lead Sonographer performs complex exams, ensures image quality and safety, and supports accurate, timely diagnoses. This role oversees daily workflow, mentors sonographers and students, and collaborates closely with radiologists, nurses, and providers to deliver compassionate care. You will help refine imaging protocols, drive quality improvement, and champion best practices in a collaborative, learning-focused environment serving diverse Georgia communities.
