Seeking a babysitter for two preschool children, starting September 7th

We're looking for a babysitter for two pre-school children, starting around September 7th. The schedule is flexible, but shifts run from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and then 4pm-5:30pm to pick them up from school and bring them home Monday through Friday. You must have a reliable car and experience with special needs. Comfort around pets is important, as we have two small Shih Tzus in our home. We do not need you to care for the dogs. The role includes supervising until I arrive home from work, preparing small snacks with a drink, and ensuring a safe environment until I arrive home around 4:30pm. We're excited to find someone who can help support our family's daily routine.
