font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Do</span></h2><p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">As the <strong>Adult Day Program Manager</strong>, you will oversee the daily operations of the program while ensuring compliance with company policies, California regulations, Regional Center requirements, and individual service plans.</span></p><h3><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate and compliant client and facility records in accordance with applicable California regulations.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Provide staff in-service training and participate in required training programs, including New Hire Orientation.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor program quality through field visits, daily audits, and ongoing quality assurance activities.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Review staff documentation and ensure required client notes and progress reports are completed accurately and on time.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in Individual Program Plan (IPP), Transition, and interdisciplinary team meetings.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Build positive relationships with clients, families, Regional Centers, community partners, and other agencies.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate medical and dental appointments, emergency care, and physician orders when needed.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain required program records, including consultant, maintenance, vehicle, and other operational logs.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>3–5 years of supervisory experience</strong>, including experience supervising approximately 5–30 employees.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Current <strong>First Aid/CPR</strong> certification.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)</strong> certification.</span></li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times;
