RN Acute Care Transplant / Thoracic

UCHealth seeks an RN for our Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic unit. In this high-acuity setting, you’ll deliver evidence-based care to pre- and post-operative thoracic and solid-organ transplant patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, care coordination, and patient/family education.
