Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe.
The contract has a current opening for a Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP. To be considered for this position, candidates must understand the significance of their role within a 24x7 mission essential TTO and be able to support varying schedules at times to ensure mission coverage. We do our best to schedule around individual preferences, however candidates must be flexible with their schedule. Shifts range from day shift (0545-1345), swing shift (1345-2145) and mid shift (2145-0545) including weekends and holidays.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
Capabilities
- Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.
- Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
- Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
- Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
- Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
- Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.
- Ability to identify target communications within the global network.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
- Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
Required Technical Skills
- Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
- Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems
- DR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
- Basic troubleshooting experience
- Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly
Desired Technical Skills
- Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course 450)
- Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
- Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python)
- Familiarity with Apache NiFi
- Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
- Basic knowledge of network protocols
