In this key front-of-house role, you'll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
* Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
* Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
* Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory's established sales systems
* Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
* Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
* Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
Qualifications:
* Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
* Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
* Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
* Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
* Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
* Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
* Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
* MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience
Requirements:
Compensation details: 13-15 Hourly Wage
