What You Bring to the Table:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required )
- BSN from an accredited school (Preferred )
Licenses & Certifications:
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) â€" Required
- BLS from AHA â€" Required
- ACLS â€" Required
- National Certification in your specialty â€" Preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience â€" Required.
- Experience with computer data entry â€" Required.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems â€" Preferred.
Must-Have Skills:
- A+ interpersonal and communication chops
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
- Calm under pressure â€" you know how to manage fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies like a pro.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making.
