Weston, Wisconsin . Join our busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department including fellowship-trained surgeons. There is great team collegiality with dedicated support staff to help build the practice you desire.

Marshfield, Wisconsin:
Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of employment

Call coverage is 1:4 with PA Support

Fully remodeled clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment

2 dedicated procedure rooms

Audiology Department adjacent to ENT Department

Speech Pathology onsite performs swallowing studies

Vestibular Lab for dizziness testing

Eau Claire, Wisconsin:
Outreach to Ladysmith and/or Rice Lake

Collegial environment with OR team

Call coverage is 1:3

Clinic and hospital attached

Weston, Wisconsin:
Outreach to Minocqua Clinic

Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice

Well-established referral base from across the Marshfield Clinic region of Sanford Health

Collegial environment with OR team

Clinic is adjacent to a Trauma Level III - 99 bed Hospital

We also have an Otolaryngologist Hospitalist position in

Marshfield, Wisconsin :
Annual compensation greater than $700,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE

In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

Features a 7-day on/7-day off schedule rotation - 182 annual 24-hour shifts

10 hours of onsite work, with 14 hours of call from home with 1 OR day per week

Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider coverage 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Comprehensive array of cases, full-scope ENT practice

Advanced training or experience in Laryngology or Otology a plus!

Collaboration with Plastic Surgery, Pathology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology as well as over 170 other specialties and sub-specialties to support patient care

Compensation and Benefits
