Physical Therapist - Outpatient and Acute RehabilitationJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Rehabilitation and Acute Rehabilitation settings. The successful candidate will evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients, planning and implementing ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the ordering physician. This position requires managing a full caseload independently and regularly updating treatment plans and home exercise programs based on insurance authorizations.ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and create treatment plans for outpatient and inpatient services.Implement therapeutic physical therapy programs based on patient needs.Manage a full caseload independently and perform necessary re-evaluations.Ensure compliance with Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.Utilize EMR systems (Net Health Therapy and Meditech) for patient documentation.Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient and acute rehabilitation settings.Current Hawaii Physical Therapist License required prior to the start of the assignment.BLS certification from the American Red Cross.Why ARMStaffing?
