General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a general manager of a major brand property
• 5+ years of hotel leadership experience
• Hilton brand experience is required
• Strong track record in sales and driving property revenue
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams with a people-focused approach

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations while upholding both company and major brand standards
• Ensure financial targets are consistently achieved or exceeded
• Play an active role in sales calls and business development to grow the property’s revenue
• Lead and develop team members with consistency and integrity
