HVAC Engineer - Level 3

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate, facilities management, and engineering services, is seeking an HVAC Engineer - Evening to join their team. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services Department supporting the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a highly professional attitude, and excellent customer service skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.
• Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain electric and pneumatic control systems used for HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and building systems to ensure proper performance and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions or system modifications.
• Assign tasks, support team members, and provide technical guidance while ensuring work is completed safely and on time.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial HVAC, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical building systems.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb stairs, work independently, and support a rotating shift schedule.
