Assistant General Manager Full Service Dining Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive restaurant management experience in upscale, casual dining
• Understand and manage restaurant financial reports
• Uphold brand standards in all departments
• Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Assistant General Manager Full Service Dining Responsibilities:

• Strong floor presence
• Assist in the hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing the staff
• Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
• Assist in ordering, inventories, scheduling, and cost management
