<p align="center"><b>Volt is immediately hiring 1^st or 2^nd shift Forklift Operator in Wharton, NJ.</b></p> <p align="center">1st Shift: 6:00 am - 5:00 pm</p> <p align="center">2nd Shift: 6:30 pm - 6:00 am</p> <p><b>As a Forklift Operator, you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment.</li> <li>Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.</li> <li>Safely load product onto and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers.</li> <li>Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation by auditing, recording and interpreting shipping documentation, weights & measures, labels, and production schedules.</li> <li>Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.</li> <li>Help with pallet restacks.</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a Full time, Contract to Hire opportunity.</b></p> <p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years' experience operating 6,000 lbs forklifts in an outdoor yard environment.</li> <li>Forklift Certification High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.</li> <li>Ability to perform routine inspection, fueling & preventive maintenance duties (lubrication, cleaning, battery change).</li> <li>Ability to successfully pass internal Forklift Certification Training and demonstrate safety procedures.</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 Per hour </b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
