Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Home health experience PT license in state of AR CPR certification Bachelor‘s Degree

Assignment Details Monday through Friday schedule. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No on-call or weekend requirement.
