Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a DC Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within our distribution center. In this role, you will lead a small team to ensure all material-handling equipment, building systems, and safety devices are inspected, serviced, and fully operational to support high-volume retail and e‑commerce fulfillment. You will coordinate vendors, manage work orders, track budgets, and support capital projects. The supervisor partners closely with operations leaders, champions safety and 5S standards, and drives continuous improvement in uptime, cost control, and workplace conditions.
