Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Bilingual ABA Therapist, you'll work with children with Autism, providing individualized therapy sessions in English and Spanish. Your expertise will help our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA Therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, to children with Autism

  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with the child's family and multidisciplinary team

  • Conduct parent training to empower families with the skills and strategies necessary to support their child's progress

  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes

  • Collaborate with other therapists, supervisors, and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy)

  • Experience working with children with Autism and their families

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Comfortable with technology and electronic record-keeping systems

Work Environment:
