Encompass Health seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based inpatient rehab care for patients recovering from major illness, injury, or surgery. In this team-focused role, you’ll complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide gait, balance, and functional training, and educate patients and families on safety and recovery strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMRs, contribute to quality initiatives, and access ongoing professional development, specialty training, and career growth opportunities in a clinically advanced setting.
