We're hiring a Mechanical Estimator to support a strong pipeline of commercial projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing) with a well-established and growing contractor. What You'll Do

• Prepare estimates for commercial mechanical projects
• Review drawings, specs, and project scope
• Build proposals, pricing, and bid packages
• Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotes
• Identify cost savings and value engineering opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to finalize bids and support project handoff

What You Bring

• 2+ years of commercial mechanical estimating experience
• Experience with HVAC, piping, or plumbing systems
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs
• Strong attention to detail and organization
