Critical Care RN/RT

Methodist Health System seeks a Critical Care RN/RT to deliver high-acuity care in our intensive and progressive care units. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions for critically ill patients, manage complex ventilator and hemodynamic support, and respond to rapid changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes, ensure safe transitions of care, and support families with clear, compassionate communication.
