Hours and Pay:

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  • Full Time: 3pm-11:30pm + $0.75 Shift diff (MON-FRI ONLY) 
  • Full Time: 11:00pm - 7:30am + $1.50 Shift diff
  • Part Time: 7am-3:30pm

  • Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays
  • Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence
  • Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed
  • Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing
  • Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
  • 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
