Certified Physical Therapy Assistant

Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to support resident-centered rehabilitation in our skilled nursing community. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and safety for senior residents. You will assist with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient education, while accurately documenting progress in the EMR. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help residents achieve optimal outcomes in a respectful, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth across our Florida care centers.
