Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years experience with full lifespan of patients (peds, adults, and geri). - Trachs, nitrous oxide procedures, proning techniques, ECMO, critical care experience, ventilator associated PNA or even prevention experience, spontaneous breathing trials, ABG draws.

Unit Details: - Neonates to geriatric respiratory patients. - Equipment includes PB840, 980, Servo-U, and Hamilton ventilators; V60s, ResMed, and RemStar CPAP/BiPAP; Optiflow; and Hamilton transport vents.

Shift & Scheduling: - Shift hours vary between 6a-6p and 10a-10p. - Every other weekend. - No on-call. - Holiday coverage as needed.

Floating Requirements: - Potentially to hospitals within the PSA based on the contract.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
