What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners and assess their comfort needs
• Design customized HVAC solutions that actually make sense
• Build strong relationships through honesty, professionalism, and personality
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and system options
• Create proposals and close sales with confidence (and maybe a little charm)
• Work closely with our install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Follow up with customers and turn great service into lifelong loyalty

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You enjoy meeting new people and building trust quickly
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and motivation matter most
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and competitive in the best way
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
